Chateau St. Laurent is located on the beautiful rolling riverfront campus of our sister community, Chateau at Bothell Landing. We are just three blocks from downtown Bothell and Main Street shopping, and are surrounded by parks and walking trails. Nestled at the heart of Bothell’s "Senior Village" of retirement communities and senior services, we are directrly across the street from the nationally renown Northshore Senior Center. Whether you’re on your own or off to meet a friend, our surrounding neighborhood is a perfect destination for finding necessities, recreation or relaxation. The Bothell community maintains a quaint, cozy ambience while still being rich in culture, services and amenities. Local offerings include:
